Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If an item is returned to us due to a shipping issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.
